This makes me dream of courses whose readings are presented:
· by theme, with the order of the themes determined by the number of letters in their labels;
· alphabetically by the title of the readings; or
· sequentially by the birth date (day and month, not year) of the author.
End-of-term story-making would then be an act of collation and re-organization on the part of students (or, alternatively, the students might come out of the third form of organization with a strong commitment to astrology. . . . ).

I really love this idea, and it actually takes Morrison's insights all the way through it their conclusion by way if student assignment. Brilliant!
